If you've always dreamed of taking a hands-on cooking class this is the perfect solution-- have Julie design your ideal cooking class or culinary tour. You'll work side-by-side with Julie cooking recipes you've always wanted to master in class. These intimate classes allow you to make the most out of your precious vacation time in Napa. These private cooking classes are personalized and help you quickly develop your skills and master new recipes and techniques. Have a hands-on cooking class developed for you a half-day to a 5-day or depending on your schedule.
If you have no time to travel to Napa, you have the option to have the class in your own kitchen. This is a wonderful way to create a memory of a special event.
When it comes to a topic for your class, the only limit is your imagination. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
- 5-day Basic Theory and Techniques Course-from the foundation of culinary arts stocks, meat, fish to dessert basics.
- Provence and the South of France Class-aioli with vegetables, boulliabaise and lemon tart from Menton.
- All Italian Class — master recipes from homemade ricotta to lobster ravioli with roast pork and lemon verbena panna cotta.
- Impressive Hors d'oeuvres Class— mouth watering morsels for cocktail parties.
- Elegant Dining Class — from truffles and foie gras to luxurious grilled lamb or roast beef tenderloin with wild mushrooms and chocolate "lava" cake.

$750 for up to 4 students
$950 for up to 6 students

For private classes we are not able to refund or give credit for cancellations less than 21 days prior to the class/event unless we are able to fill your spot.
