"Thank you for helping to put on the nicest party I've ever had. I just felt the extra touches and care taken by you were exceptional. The food was out of this world... all of it so fresh and beautiful and delicious."
Class fees must be paid at the time of registration; as classes are filled on a first-come first-served basis.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the very rare case of cancellation, students will be notified and full refunds will be given.
You may cancel and request a full refund by email as long as you notify us 14 days prior to your class. For example, if the class is on a Friday 21st at 8:00 a.m. you must let us know 14 days before or by the 7th 8:00 a.m. Send your refund request to julie@cookingwithjulie.com.
We are not able to refund or give credit for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the class, unless we are able to fill your spot. Refunds can only be made in the same method as originally paid, whether, check, credit card or gift certificate, minus a $15 service fee. We encourage you to find a substitute should you not be able to attend a class.
Cancellation 7 days prior to class-
If you need to cancel for any reason and you email us at least 7 days in advance of your class (see above example), you are eligible for a fifty percent refund of your originally scheduled class. Send your credit request to julie@cookingwithjulie.com.
If you sign up for a class and do not show up for any reason the entire class fee is non-refundable and no future credit will be given --no exceptions. There is limited space available in each class and many of the classes involve materials costs and considerable preparation time for the instructor. When a seat is empty that could have been filled, we feel this is only fair.
For private classes and team building events we are not able to refund or give credit for cancellations less than 21 days prior to the class/event unless we are able to fill your spot.
You may cancel and request a full refund by email as long as you notify us 21 days prior to your event/class. For example, if the event/class is on a Friday 21st at 8:00 a.m. you must let us know 21 days before or by the 1st 8:00 a.m. Send your refund request to julie@cookingwithjulie.com.

Gift certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
All minors 18 years old and younger must be accompanied with an adult, unless the class is specifically for children.
